Genesis BOOST™ Juices and Supplements are packed with age-defying antioxidants, which help combat free radicals that can cause premature aging, poor joint health and other serious disease.*

It is a well-known scientific fact that antioxidants in Superfruits are substances that may prevent or repair damage caused by unstable molecules known as free radicals. Body processes (such as metabolism) as well as environmental factors (including pollution, cigarette smoke and stress) can produce these harmful free radicals. People who produce higher than usual levels of natural antioxidants enjoy greater health and longevity.*

Genesis BOOST™ Juices and Supplements are the ONLY beverages on the market that provide all 72 essential trace minerals we need in our daily diet...nothing else even comes close!

Why are trace minerals so important? Most everyone today is aware of the role that calcium plays in contributing to bone health, but most do not know that some trace mineral deficiencies (such as copper and magnesium) may also be a factor in weaker bones. Calcium, alone, may not be sufficient. Studies have shown that trace minerals give calcium an added boost to increase the density of bones in post-menopausal women - more so than just calcium alone. In a two year, double-blind, placebo controlled trial, outcomes suggested that bone loss in post-menopausal women can actually be stopped when the intake of trace minerals is increased. In this study it was found that the women who took calcium alone only slowed their rates of bone loss. While research continues to study more of the mechanics of how trace minerals function in our bodies it is becoming more and more evident that they are necessary for developing and preserving our overall, general health.

Trace minerals are essential to supporting our health. Trace minerals are found in low-level amounts in various foods, liquids and other sources, and are especially critical for the development and maintenance of healthy bones and joints. Trace minerals are also referred to as microminerals because, in actuality, they are found at levels that are in the parts per million range. Specific minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium (macrominerals) are used by our bodies in higher quantities, and therefore, require greater sources for supplementation.

The content of trace minerals and other nutrients in foods is decreasing. Over the past 40 years meats and produce have shown reduced levels of vitamins and minerals. Published reports document this significant downturn in our popular food sources due primarily to the nutrient depletions in our soils. A primary example is broccoli. Calcium content in the 1960’s was double that of broccoli measured today. The same is true for spinach (10% less in magnesium) and beets (10% less in potassium), over the same time period. Furthermore, other vegetables and produce have lost approximately half of their calcium content, 25% of their iron and 75% of their copper content since as well. Fruits have also been significantly affected with a loss of 27% in copper, iron and zinc.

Genesis BOOST™ can help replace the beneficial trace minerals that are missing from our foods today. Genesis BOOST™ beverages naturally contain all 72 essential trace minerals. The trace minerals in Genesis BOOST™ are present in a highly bio-available and absorbable liquid form. Unlike minerals found in rock and inorganic supplements, the minerals in Genesis BOOST™have become part of plants, bound to amino acids and other building blocks of life. Studies have shown that minerals in this form have higher absorption rates from the intestines. Inorganic rock minerals can combine with other compounds to form insoluble blocks that are not absorbed by the stomach.
